By using these web sites and any emails or communications received from Alpine Liquor (collectively called the "Services"), you consent and agree to these terms and conditions.

Online Bar(My Bar)

This section relates to the online bar feature on This Site that visitors can setup free of charge.

We recommend you use a generic name when naming your bar verses using your full/proper name. Your online bar can be visited by anyone who has the link to your bar, i.e. You give the link to a friend and they share it with others.
You can share the link to your online bar with friends, family and others.
Anyone who has the link to your online bar can add and remove items.
Visitors to your bar CAN NOT financially obligate you with any order they make.
We do not accept online payments. The amount due on an order is payable in-store at the time the buyer picks up the order.
Anyone who places an order for in-store pickup may be contacted by Alpine Liquor to verify the order and or to give notification that the order is ready for pickup.
You agree Alpine Liquor has the right to delete or deactivate any bar you may setup for any reason that may negatively affect the operation of This Site.

User Obligations

You agree not to do any of the following while using This Site:

Intentionally or unintentionally violate any applicable law or regulation.
Access, tamper with, or use nonpublic areas of This Site or Alpine Liquor's computer systems. Unauthorized individuals attempting to access or tamper with these areas may be subject to prosecution.
Frame or link to This Site except as permitted in writing by Alpine Liquor.

No fiduciary relationship exists between you and Alpine Liquor.

You authorize Alpine Liquor to send notices via electronic mail as well if Alpine Liquor decides, in its sole discretion, to do so. Alpine Liquor does not warrant that the Services will be uninterrupted, error free, or virus free; nor does Alpine Liquor make any warranty as to the results to be obtained from use of the Services or their Content. General Provisions

You agree that Alpine Liquor and its licensors may make improvements and/or changes in the Site Content and services or events described in this Site, if any, at any time without notice and without liability to you of any kind. You are responsible for compliance with applicable local laws, keeping in mind that access to This Site may not be legal by certain persons or in certain countries. Any cause of action you may have with respect to your use of the Services must be commenced with one (1) year after the claim or cause of action arises.

Alpine Liquor Terms of Service and Use Agreement
